Downloaded Material:

Purchases of downloaded videos and photos are non-refundable.

In the rare event that you should encounter a corrupted file on our download site, we will guarantee to make the necessary corrections in the file so that it can be downloaded and played on players which we designate as approved for viewing our material.

If you have dialup internet access (as opposed to cable or DSL) you are advised NOT to purchase a download title more than 7 minutes long (run time). If you mistakenly make a purchase of a file that is too long for you to download, we will, one time and one time only, send you a CD of that file. Repeat: This is a one time offer. If you repeat your error, then you will have to pay shipping to get a CD of the mpeg-1 file.

CD and DVD Material:

Our CD's and DVD's are NTSC videos. They will NOT play in PAL devices. However, most DVD decks sold today are capable of playing Country Code "0" material. This means DVD ROM which is what we sell.

We will warrant our DVD's to be free of manufacturing defects. However we can not guarantee that they will play in ANY DVD player.

If you have what you believe to be a defective DVD, you must contact us prior to returning it. We will inspect and, if defective, replace the DVD at our expense. We will not replace or refund CDs or DVD's which are returned without prior approval. If we are able to play a DVD or CD on multiple DVD decks without any problems, then we will expect you to pay shipping to get your DVD back.
